Baseball provides opportunities for lawyers and law students to consider the important role of law and lawyers in high-profile business decisions, whether affecting our National Pastime or any other business.  An outstanding panel will discuss how law constrains baseball management, featuring two veteran lawyer-sports executives.  The panel will also consider the role of lawyers in counseling club executives, including a former and current club general counsel.  In shaping legal, advice, we will also consider how lawyers need to understand business, economics, analytics, and other concepts in order to do their job in counseling their clients.  A question and answer will follow.
