This fascinating program will focus on resolving practical, real-world ethical dilemmas that professional mediators face inside the mediation room. Art Hinshaw will present on professional regulation in the mediation field. Michael Aurit will lead an all-star panel discussion with Arizona’s most experienced family mediators.

Art Hinshaw is a Clinical Professor of Law, the John J. Bouma Fellow in Alternative Dispute Resolution, and the founding director of the Lodestar Dispute Resolution Center at The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Michael Aurit is President of The Academy of Professional Family Mediators, Ethics Chair of The Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators, Adjunct Professor at ASU Law, and Co-Founder of The Aurit Center for Divorce Mediation in Scottsdale, Arizona.
