In this engaging program, you will learn the one-on-one skills used to support others’ ability to engage in, manage, or productively resolve conflict. Through lecture and interactive practice exercises, participants will learn coaching strategies and interventions designed to help others expand their understanding of their situation, consider various options for moving forward, and transfer that plan into action.
